Total fitness classes-Monday, Wednesday, 7.00 pm-8.00pm, Friday 6pm-7pm.
Emphasis is on fun and hard training. Sessions usually combine strength, general and cardio-vascular fitness with Core strengthening and maybe even the odd game of touch rugby (don’t worry if you’ve never played before – this is a very mixed ability class!). If you find the gym boring but want a highly effective calorie burning and body toning session, give this class a try. Stoke Park, Guildford
Running fitness class-Sunday, 9am-10am. This is a class aimed at enhancing the body’s natural running ability, whether you are new to running or an experienced marathon runner this is the class for you.
